Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our technical support team with your order number and serial number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 2.
  Package for Transport

  Secure the machinery in its original industrial packaging or a reinforced crate to prevent damage during transit, including all manuals and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship to Distribution Center

  Affix the provided shipping label and dispatch the freight through an approved carrier, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineers verify the equipment's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
