What kind of warranty comes with Koenig Machinery products?
All our new machinery comes with a standard 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended service plans are available for purchase at the time of checkout.
Can I return a machine if it does not fit my requirements?
Unused equipment in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that custom-built or modified machinery is non-refundable.
